Yin Yoga Teacher Training

This 60-hour Yin yoga teacher training course taught over three weekends in Barcelona will take you deeper into the theoretical foundations and practical resources of this discipline.
Yin is a style of yoga that is growing in popularity around the world. With its emphasis on slowing down and cultivating inner listening to respond wisely to our real needs, Yin helps us counteract demanding lifestyles and brings us peace of mind, physical well-being and greater flexibility.
This training is recommended for: yoga teachers who want to add this technique to their classes, yoga practitioners in search of a global vision of the various elements that make up the practice of Yin, athletes who want to supplement with flexibility the strength already gained from their sports, yogis and yoginis who need a more gentle or meditative practice temporarily or permanently.
Come and explore the other half of your yoga practice: come to Yin yoga. The course will be taught in Spanish.

About Me and Yin Yoga
I have a passion for the quieter spiritual practices, such as Yin yoga, which invite us to acknowledge our vulnerability so our strengths can be revealed. But I also enjoy the challenges and opportunities from growing available to us through more active types of practices, like Vinyasa yoga.
I’ve been teaching Yin yoga for the last 8 years and I’ve studied with Jose de Groot and Sarah Powers in Barcelona, France and London. I am the Spanish translator of Bernie Clark’s The Complete Guide to Yin Yoga, as well as regular contributor to Yoga Journal Spain, where I have my own section dedicated to Yin yoga.
