Spring Yoga Retreat 7-8-9 May 2021
A weekend retreat in a magical place to deeply tune in with nature. With seasonal Yin and Yang yoga, meditation and time for silence. We’ll also have a forest bath, a ecstatic dance session, a special yoga workshop and free time to awaken our innate wisdom to live in a happier body, with a calmer heart and a more expansive mind.
The dynamic sessions with Vinyasa yoga will make us generate heat and eliminate toxins, while those of Yin yoga will be soft and restorative. Together they will make us feel spacious, light and vibrant. The rest of the program is designed to support this objective so that our experience is one of deep and joyful connection with ourselves.
We’ll stay at AMARA VALLEY ECO RETREAT, a 100% off-grid eco centre for regenerative culture near Banyoles (Girona), with comfortable facilities, beautiful common areas and delicious gourmet vegetarian/vegan food. The rooms are double/triple/individual.
The retreat includes:
- Yoga classes with a seasonal focus

- Two nights accomodation in a peace inviting place

All activities are optional and outdoor activities may change due to weather. Transportation to the centre is not included, but call us to see travelling options.

235€ per person if you are two or more people / early bird until 6th April
275€ full price per person
Single room supplement: 35 € / night
Double room supplement: 30 € / night
Booking:
150 € / person
Cancellation Policy:
If you have to cancel, up to two weeks before (April 23rd), we will refund 90% of your payment. Up to one week before (April 30), we refund 50% of the payment. After that date, we do not refund your payment. We will always retain 10% for administrative costs.
In case of cancellation by the organization, we will refund 100% of any amount you have paid.
